All vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance OR read and sign the attached waiver. Please fill out the vendor application completely.

Vendors must park in assigned vendor parking only. Vendors can not park in or next to their spots or in any parking around the courthouse.

Setup begins Saturday at 6:30am. If you need to come in the night before, you must notify us 14 days before October 7.

We CANNOT honor location requests, spots are first come first serve basis.

Because of safety to customers/pedestrians, no vendor will be permitted to bring a vehicle into the vendor area until after 7pm.

Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, power strips, electrical cords, tie downs for tent, etc.

Vehicles will NOT be allowed in the vendor area after 8:45 am on Saturday.

Vendors fees are non-refundable unless your booth is denied by Pikeville-Bledsoe Fall Festival. Fees will be refunded if your booth is denied. We reserved the right to deny any booth.

All vehicles MUST be moved to the vendor parking area by 8;45 am.

To prevent accident or injury, any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify a festival official. With permission, booths that can be packed up and “walked out” will be allowed to do so.

Each vendor is responsible for leaving their vendor area in the same condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.

Each applicant will hopefully receive a confirmation letter, parking permit, and site map with boot number mailed at least two weeks prior to the event.
